Drew Lukacs, VP
Associate, and active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Drew specializes in both Tenant and Landlord Representation, with a focus on new and innovative brands as they expand in New England. Drew previously worked for Macerich, the third largest owner and operator of shopping centers in the United States.
Kerry A. Dowling, VP
Ms. Dowling is well known for her work as Senior Vice President of Leasing at WS Development where she spent 22 years successfully leasing multiple property types throughout New England as well as supervising a seven-member leasing team. Following her tenure at WS, Kerry joined Wilder, where for 7 years she was in the forefront of leading leasing strategy, merchandise mix recommendations, and executing lease deals on properties throughout the Wilder portfolio. She also worked closely with clients and the executive team to develop and implement repositioning plans for select centers’ retail and non-retail uses.
