Landlord Representation
Experienced Personnel
Your company’s representation will be handled through the key collaboration of the entire National Commercial Brokers, Inc. team and assisted by Marketing Manager Emily Curtis.
Understanding our client
We aim to understand your objectives. We will evaluate key dynamics such as complementary co-tenants, demographics, and traffic patterns, as well as economic factors such as costs and build-outs. A site visit will also take place upon retention and commencement of the assignment.
Site Requirement Specs
Complete specifications concerning the client’s expectations will be presented in a clear and precise manner and will be used for handouts, landlord mailings, and directed to all brokers and other industry professionals.
Marketing Brochure
We will prepare a marketing PDF that helps promote and clarify the quality and positive attributes of our client’s asset.
Advertising
Full details regarding our client’s asset and availabilities will be supplied to the New England real estate brokerage community through email, social media, and at International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC) industry events.
Market Surveys
We will compile all possible available comparable properties for presentation to our client within the marketplace and trade area.
Letter of Intent
Upon authorization by our client, we will submit a Letter of Intent to the prospect or tenant. We will revise our standard letter to fit your needs and will negotiate it until the client and landlord's execution.
Lease Negotiation
We will work with our client and their attorney to help expedite the lease process in any way possible. We will continue to work with you until the tenant is ready to open its doors for business.
Reporting
We are available daily to discuss progress and deal status. We offer written reports on each asset and the status of each deal.
